Packet Pickup

All entrants must pick up their packets prior to race day. Your packet will contain race instructions, your race bib, timing chip, T-shirt, and assorted goodies. Bring a photo ID with you to facilitate the pickup process.

If you are late registrant (after Sunday, October 22) your packet will not be available at Southern Runner until the day after your registration.

Please note that there will be NO race-day packet pickup. If you are unable to pick up your packet yourself see below for proxy packet pickup arrangements.

Southern Runner

Packet pickup at Southern Runner will start Tuesday, October 26 and continue through Friday, October 28. Pickup times are:

  • Tuesday, October 25, 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday, October 26, 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM
  • Thursday, October 27, 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM
  • Friday, October 28, 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM

Limited on-street parking is available but plenty of free parking is available in Audubon Park off of Magazine Street. We suggest you park there and enjoy the short walk to Southern Runner.

Satellite Locations

Remote packet pickup is now open at the following locations: Mid-City New Orleans, Mandeville, Baton Rouge, Lafayette, and Monroe, LA, Gulfport, MS, and Mobile, AL. There is a $5.00 per packet service fee for locations outside of the Greater New Orleans area.

If you requested packet pickup at one of the satellite locations you should have received a confirmation email with pickup details. New requests for this service are no longer being accepted.

Concierge Service

If you requested packet pickup at your hotel you should have received a confirmation email with pickup details. New requests for this service are no longer being accepted.

Proxy Packet Pickup

If you are unable to pick up your race packet you may have someone else pick it up for you. That person must bring a copy of your driver's license or other ID and an authorization letter with your signature. Please note that there will be NO race-day packet pickup.
